Gracie Seminar
Rodrigo Gracie (ADCC & Pride Bushido Champ) will be doing 2 seminars at ISOHEALTH.
When: Fri 8th May 6pm till 9pm (3hrs) AND Sat 9th May 2pm till 5pm (3hrs)
Where: ISOHEALTH (just off Henley Beach Rd, right near Thebarton Theatre)
Price: ISOHEALTH members = $120.00 for the 3 hours, Non-members = $135.00 for the 3 hrs
Format: 1hr Gi BJJ, 1hr NoGi BJJ, 1hr MMA
As there are 2 seminars they will each be different topics/format to cater to those who are attending both of the seminars.
Registration process will be the same as our usual process. Bring in your cash and you've ensured you have a place. Some people have already booked to attend both seminars (ie 2 x $120.00 or 2 x $135.00) and that's totally fine. Preference will be given to ISOHEALTH members up until Thursday the 23rd of April and after that we will open it up to everyone. As a booking confirms your place there will be no refunds and there are also no spots for spectators (allowing spectators wouldn't be fair to those laying down their hard earned $ to attend).

San Shou II
This fight night features Muay Thai and San Shou bouts. San Shou is a mixture of kickboxing and judo style throws and is an excellent prelude to MMA for up and coming fighters.

Jujutsu Seminar
The World Jujitsu Federation is hosting a seminar this Saturday 28th March at 1 Jessica Street Aberfoyle Park. Visiting Jujutsu 8th dan, Alan Campbell, will be conducting the session from 9:15 – 10:15 for juniors and 1pm – 3pm for seniors. Senior members pay $30, non-members $35.

IBF Martial Arts Training Day
The IBF Aust. are proud to be holding another 3 hour training day to continue
“Building a Better Martial Arts Community”
These training days foster good relations between the differing styles / clubs and give the opportunity for students & instructors to share their knowledge of the Martial Arts. At these days we have guest instructors and varying themes and are open to all who are interested in building a network of like minded people. Participants range from novice to over 40 years experience. Activities will include instruction from several guests and finishes with a social drink and food afterwards.
